Can you make service calls to my location?

Yes. We make mobile forklift service calls direct to the customer. The majority of our service work is done on-site at your location. We have technicians that live strategically throughout or territories so we are close to our customers. No matter where they are located.

Do I have to sign a long term service contract?

No, absolutely not. We do not require long term contracts for our standard service programs.

For PM (planned maintenance) we provide you an agreement that fixes our prices for one year. All we ask is 3o day written notice to cancel.

If you request a long term fixed maintenance program, that flat rates your forklift repair costs over multiple years, we do require a long term noncancelable contract.

How much does a PM cost?

A complete PM service for an electric pallet jack start at $45. They typical LPG forklift PM cost starts at $70, which includes all travel and labor, plus parts, and fees.

Many competitive businesses will promote PM prices that start at $25, but this does not include parts, travel, and fees. The ultimate price they charge is $100 or more for the same PM service.

Is there a travel charge for your service?

Yes. A travel charge is typically incurred depending upon your location. There are special exceptions where we do not charge a travel charge. Contact our service department at 1.800.752.1882 to find out the cost in your area.

How mush does it cost to get a repair quote?

Service estimates where we do not inspect the equipment prior to preforming any evaluation or repairs are free.

In this case, someone calls us and asks what it would cost to preform a specific forklift repair they feel is needed on their equipment.

There is a cost if you ask us to send a technician to your facility, to inspect and evaluate the repairs needed to your lift truck.

Do you have forklift repair near me?

Yes, we have remotely dispatched, GPS tracked, service technicians who live in their territories. We have someone close to you and can provide maintenance locally.

Do you repair Nissan forklifts?

Yes! We repair and service all models of Nissan forklifts. We were an authorized Nissan forklift dealer for 30 years until the brand changed to UniCarriers.
