Job Description

Forklift Systems is looking for a goal-oriented and energetic Used Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team and take ownership of used equipment sales. In this role, you’ll work directly with business owners and operations leaders to understand their material handling needs and offer tailored, value-driven equipment solutions.


You’ll be responsible for identifying leads, scheduling meetings, conducting on-site evaluations, preparing proposals, and demonstrating equipment. This is a proactive role where your success is built on relationship building, consultative selling, and relentless follow-up. You’ll track your activity through a mobile CRM app and collaborate closely with our service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.


We’re replacing a top producer who consistently earned six figures annually—this is a high-impact role with strong earnings potential for the right candidate. If you’re a self-starter with a closing mindset and experience in capital equipment or B2B sales, we want to hear from you.


Job Requirements
  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within capital goods or industrial equipment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (PipeDrive preferred) for managing sales pipeline and activity
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative and professional tone
  • Strong questioning and discovery skills to assess customer needs
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
