Job Description

Forklift Systems is hiring a dependable and customer-focused Parts Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for handling parts sales, receiving, and delivery, as well as assisting walk-in customers, managing inventory, and supporting the service department with parts sourcing and invoicing.


The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, using catalog and software systems to identify correct parts quickly, and building relationships with both internal departments and external customers. From taking orders and coordinating deliveries to maintaining an organized parts department, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our service operation running smoothly.


This position also includes supporting inventory control efforts, handling in-store promotional efforts, and occasionally participating in pickup or delivery of parts. Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with basic math proficiency
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory or catalog systems
  • Prior experience in heavy equipment or parts sales preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask across phones, computer systems, and walk-in traffic
  • Team player with a professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Available for a flexible weekday schedule and occasional overtime as needed
