Job Description

As a Forklift Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers' material handling equipment runs smoothly and safely. This position involves traveling to customer sites to perform diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on forklifts and related systems.


You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, interpret service bulletins and repair manuals, and maintain service logs. Success in this role requires a solid mechanical foundation, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Technicians in this role are trusted partners to our customers, delivering solutions on-site in a timely and professional manner.


Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in forklift, automotive, aviation, military, or related mechanical fields
  • Trade school graduates with applied mechanical skills encouraged to apply
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial electricity
  • Working knowledge of hydraulics preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, and work in varied environments (indoors and outdoors)
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting technical manuals and service bulletins
