Job Description

We are hiring a Field Service Dispatcher to manage technician schedules, review work orders, and ensure service calls are executed efficiently. You’ll provide communication between technicians and customers, maintain documentation, and track daily and monthly service operations.


This role is essential to the success of our service department and requires strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. You'll be responsible for dispatching field service technicians, verifying labor entries, closing work orders, and keeping all stakeholders informed. From reviewing parts status and updating Fleetmatics logs to following up with customers and technicians, your coordination efforts will ensure accurate billing and a high level of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or service coordination training is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and scheduling platforms such as Fleetmatics or comparable systems
  • Strong ability to multitask across phone, email, and CRM systems while staying organized and calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technicians, parts teams, and customers
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage labor logs, service records, and order documentation accurately
  • Prior experience in dispatching, field service coordination, or equipment repair environments preferred
