Job Description

Forklift Systems is hiring a Business Development Manager to oversee strategic sales and client relationship activities. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing all sales functions across departments, developing business plans, and seeking opportunities in new and existing markets. You’ll also supervise CRM usage, monitor customer satisfaction, and contribute to inventory and facility oversight.


This role is ideal for a dynamic and analytical professional who thrives in high-growth environments. You’ll play a central role in setting performance targets, tracking KPIs, and helping to shape territory strategy in coordination with senior leadership. Responsibilities include generating leads, hiring and mentoring sales talent, presenting sales performance to headquarters, and contributing to operational decisions. You'll also work cross-functionally with marketing to develop campaigns and materials that support pipeline growth. Your leadership will directly impact the company’s bottom line and future market penetration.


Job Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and business growth, preferably in the equipment, industrial, or service sectors
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership to align strategic sales objectives and market expansion goals
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and the ability to manage and optimize a sales pipeline
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze trends and develop actionable business strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales teams
