At the heart of the ECCS is the Platinum II's Engine Control Module (ECM), which monitors a variety of sensors in order to provide engine and transmission control. Its vehicle control module (VCM) allows proper function of many safety enhancing features, and supplies critical information to the operator or service technician through easy to understand controls and readout on its multi-functional LCD display.
